Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery Time

• We deliver across all major cities and towns in India.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
• Remote areas or special delivery zones may take additional time.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• For orders below that value, a nominal shipping fee  (₹99) will be applied at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a small service fee (₹99).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID and courier link via email/SMS.
You can track your order in real time until it reaches your doorstep.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

• Unforeseen courier or logistics issues
• Remote area delivery restrictions
• Natural calamities, strikes, or public holidays

If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated window, our team will assist you promptly.

Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vedsutras.com with:

• Your Order ID
• A photo/video of the damaged package/product

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

International Shipping

Currently, Vedsutras.com (Vedsutras INC) ships only within India.
We are working on expanding our reach globally soon — stay tuned for updates!
