Refunds & Returns

Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

At Vedsutras INC, your trust means everything to us.
We take great care to ensure that every product leaving our facility is pure, safe, and of the highest quality.

Because our Ayurvedic products are made from natural ingredients and for personal wellness use, we follow strict hygiene and safety protocols — which limits our ability to accept returns of opened or used products.
However, your satisfaction remains our top priority, and we’re here to help with any genuine concerns.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Returns will not be accepted if the seal is broken or the product is used.
  • Opened or partially used bottles/capsules cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@vedsutras.com
  2. within 7 days of receiving your order.
  3. Include your Order ID, contact number, and a photo/video of the product showing the issue.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 working days.
  5. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and verified.
  • If you paid via COD (Cash on Delivery), we’ll request your bank details to transfer the refund amount.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong products.

Exchange or Replacement

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll send a free replacement at no extra cost after verifying your claim.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used Ayurvedic products
  • Items returned beyond the 7-day window
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
